Placing an Order for a Bat House

You can place your order by telephone, fax or postal mail. Please be sure to fill in all the information on the order form. We will only ship your order if all the information is provided. Check the table of shipping charges for the shipping amount to include for your location.

If you want to talk with a real person to help you with your order call 802-951-2501. Or you can fax your order to us at 802-865-0480. Please do not e-mail your order since our e-mail address is not a secure address.

Return Policy: We do not accept the return of any bat houses damaged during shipment. Claims for shipping damage should be filed with the carrier. We also do not accept returns because you do not like the color or type house that you ordered. No returns will be accepted for any reason without obtaining a Merchandise Return Number (MRN) from Chiroptera Cabin Company.

Your bat house will be shipped via either UPS Ground Service or Federal Express Ground Service. Bat Ties, when ordered individually, will be shipped via the US Postal Service using Priority Mail Service to regions through out the continental US.
