Measuring the Exclusion Netting Here we see workers from the Essex Department of Public Works double checking the length of the peice of lightweight netting they will use to cover one of the bat egresses. Based on the recommendation of the Chiroptera Cabin Company Team, insulation was used to plug up holes that the bats were using to get out of the building. The holes underneath the netting were left open so bats could get out of the building at dusk.
